DELIVERY POLICY

Next day delivery anywhere in Republic of Ireland provided orders are received by us before 17:00pm and the items ordered are in stock.

Please note that a few special furniture / Bulky products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date. These items may also incur an additional delivery charge, of which you will be notified by e-mail, before the order is processed

DELIVERY CHARGES

For orders with a value of €75 and over : Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE

For orders under €75 in value: Delivery will cost €10 (Both charges exclude VAT).
 

RETURNS

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from www.sligoofficesupplies.ie

We reserve the right to charge a returns handling fee

All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging

Please notify us within 14 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

BACKORDERS

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

Should we receive no response from your e-mail address we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder.
